Job Description
This is not a job for people who only love dogs.
This is a role for people who can act under pressure, take responsibility, and make decisions quickly when necessary.
You will work with dogs and cats with serious behavioral problems. This means you need to be able to switch quickly, be sharp, and always think in solutions.
In addition, you are not only working with the animals but also with customers. You are responsible for helping customers effectively by selling them the right assistance in lessons and programs. You clearly contribute financially to the growth of the company.

We work daily with dogs and cats that have nowhere else to go. Our goal is to give these dogs a second chance through training, structure, and clear guidance.
We work directly, honestly, and without unnecessary noise. Safety, responsibility, and results always take precedence over our own comfort.
Daily responsibilities
Training and guiding dogs (and cats) with behavioral problems
Independently determining which dogs can walk together
Acting immediately in crisis situations (e.g., overstimulation, conflicts, illness)
Identifying problems and solving them immediately
Supervising volunteers (they follow your lead)
Identifying and addressing mistakes within the team
Ensuring the safety of animals and the environment
Efficiently carrying out daily tasks (walking, caring, training, selling)
Selling lessons and programs to customers
Actively contributing to the growth of the company
